Suzume No Iori: A Hidden Italian Gem in Gifu Prefecture

Yesterday, my wife and I went on a lovely drive to Gujo Hachiman in Gifu Prefecture. I treated her to a Birthday surprise at Suzume No Iori, an Italian restaurant in a charming traditional Japanese setting.

As Italian food enthusiasts, I found this hidden gem while looking for the perfect birthday surprise for my wife. We enjoyed a variety of refined Italian dishes, along with a fresh Ayu (sweet fish). The omakase (chef’s choice) prepared by the owner was impressive, and the personalized “Happy Birthday” rendition for my wife made the experience even more special.

Our visit to this hidden Italian oasis in the heart of Gifu Prefecture made a lasting impression on us. I took some memorable moments from our celebration on film and I’m thinking about making a captivating weekly video. Stay tuned for the final decision!

If you want to visit Suzume No Iori, you can find more information on their website here. We will certainly return to this lovely and beautiful Italian restaurant.
