Editing River Fishing Video: Overcoming Language Challenges with CapCut

I have been editing all afternoon on Part III of our river fishing experience, and I have to admit it was a bit tiresome. While I do most of the cutting and editing, my wife reviews the translated captions and corrects them where necessary.

During the editing process in CapCut, I am still learning a lot. Creating captions in CapCut is very easy; however, it isn’t flawless. The AI can create bilingual captions, but depending on the footage’s audio quality, it isn’t always able to correctly capture and translate all the dialogue in the videos. Additionally, there is a lot of background noise from the waterflow of the rivers.

CapCut’s AI features include reducing the noise, which is handy, yet not flawless. Regardless, CapCut is able to enhance the voices while also reducing background noise. It isn’t enough to simply click a button; I really have to go through all the footage and check each spoken dialogue to make sure nothing is left uncaptured and untranslated.

Part III comes with some challenges, but I hope it will still be appreciated once I have finished the edit and released it on Youtube.

Stay tuned!
