Confession time: I can be a bit of a cultural barbarian at times.

So, yesterday, someone was taking my Japan Poll and mentioned Hokusai as the first thing that pops up when thinking about Japan. Cue my immediate deep dive into the vast ocean of the internet to uncover more about Hokusai. That’s when the light bulb turned on!

You know that famous tsunami with Mount Fuji? Yeah, I’ve seen it probably a hundred times, and I never really wondered about the artist behind that masterpiece. Turns out, it’s none other than Hokusai.

This little revelation got me thinkingโ€”I might be onto something here. If one person dropped this gem in the Japan Poll, there must be more hidden treasures of knowledge out there. So, consider this my call to action: let’s make the Japan Poll an inspirational knowledge-sharing extravaganza!

And if you haven’t shared your thoughts in the Japan Poll yet, here’s the link to dive in. Or, swing by my Blog page and find the Japan Poll in the menu bar. Let’s unravel the mysteries of Japan together!

Oh and mind you, when you fill out the Japan Poll, you will likely need to scroll down in the Japan Poll a bit and hit that submit button at the end.
