Feeling rejuvenated after conquering jet lag and bidding farewell to the persistent flu! ๐ŸŒโœˆ๏ธ

Returning to Japan from my adventures in Amsterdam, Xiamen, Manila, and Nagoya was an exhilarating whirlwind, but the aftermath was no joke. Last March’s jet lag kept me down for three weeks, but this November, I managed to bounce back a bit quicker.

Dealing with a lingering cough and runny nose was no walk in the park. ๐Ÿคง Despite the challenges, I’m grateful for the journey and the resilience it built within me.

Here’s to conquering time zones and germs! ๐ŸŽ‰ย

Sorry for the rant, but sometimes you just need to share the journey! Thanks for letting me get it off my chest. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Nothing is polished for performance. The aim is steady progress, honest reflection, and practical insight you can actually use.
