in the summer season.

Having experienced last summer season in Japan, I can confidently say that, compared to the Netherlands, you’re better off savoring a Dutch summer.
Japanese summers are notoriously hot and humid, with relentless insect activity. I’ve been bitten by mosquitoes and even had ants “attack” me in ways I’ve never experienced in the Netherlands.
So, if you’re planning a visit to Japan, aim for spring during the enchanting sakura season or the pleasant autumn months.
From October to November, the temperatures hover around a comfortable 20-25 degrees Celsius.
It’s the ideal time to explore this beautiful country without the extreme heat and critter encounters.
By the way, the photo you see, was taken by me in Kijkduin several years ago. The person you see standing there is my wife. She repeatedly told me that summers in Europe are the best….and I get it now.
