Today, my wife shared snapshots of our enchanting garden in Kasamatsu.

Amidst the lush greenery, a single, mysterious yellow flower has made its debutโ€”a tribute to my mother-in-law’s tender care in the earlier season, I guess.

It’s a peculiar feeling to witness this from the Netherlands, thousands of miles away.ย

The past few months were defined by my garden endeavors, and now, without one to tend to, I find myself longing for the earthy scent of soil and the vibrant life of the plants.

Gardening, under the open skies, was more than just a hobby; it was a source of vitality and joy.

Today, I’m reminded of the beauty of home, and perhaps, I’m just a tad homesick. ๐ŸŒผ๐Ÿ’šย
